Cafe Babalú did offer a delicious mocha (or, “Swiss mokka”), but their internet was slow, which was annoying. Why do I remember this? I must have been trying to look up some maps and been quite frustrated by how difficult to do so. But this was over a year ago, so.. their wifi’s probably better now…

I’m not sure the joke lands quite as I was trying. I grew up Orthodox Jewish in New York, and the point is that it just seems like no matter how far away I go, I’m still just hanging out with Jews talking about Germany.
